Not So Happy Experience? 

We Want To Make It Right!

At Happy Apples, we take extra steps in our process and guide our apples carefully from harvesting in our own orchards to placement on our retailers’ shelves to ensure that every Happy Apple is a great experience. However, sometimes external factors intervene and create a bad apple.  
 
If you’ve had an unsatisfying experience, we’d love to hear the details so we can take steps to resolve future issues, but also to help you achieve the Happy Apple experience you deserve.

 

Refunds & Returns

Happy Apple Caramel Apples are a perishable product with an average shelf life of 21 days, an approximate 14 day shelf life by the time it reaches our customer (you).  

 

Happy Apples does not accept product returns. If the product is unsatisfactory, the form below must be completed for a refund or replacement of product. Please do not dispose of that item until these steps are followed: 

 

In the event that product is received damaged, not received, incorrect, or otherwise unsatisfactory, please fill out the form below. Our quality control team will investigate claims and determine if a replacement product or refund should be administered.

Happy Apples may submit claims to our corporate insurance and if damage / unsatisfactory product is reported, you may be required to communicate your claim with an insurance claims representative in order to resolve your issue and receive replacement / refund. 

 

If a claim does result in a refund or replacement of product, Happy Apples will apply a refund within 5-7 days of claim resolution –  replacement product will ship to customer within 7 days of claim resolution.
